Insight Investor Relations is a boutique investor relations advisory with big firm scope and expertise. We support NZX-listed companies to attract and engage investors, enhancing shareholder value and company reputation. Operating as an extension of our clients’ teams, we co-create strategies based on a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. Ultimately, we enable ambitious NZX-listed companies to convey their true value through best practice investor communications processes and frameworks.

The position
As an Investor Relationship Advisor, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Insight IR’s clients, their investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. The role requires a high level of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our clients’ executive teams to ensure financial, operating and ESG performance is effectively communicated to the investment community.
In addition, you will work with client legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and disclosure requirements, and as we grow, you have the opportunity to manage a team of investor relations professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development.
Key responsibilities
About you
You are a natural communicator who enjoys establishing and maintaining meaningful professional relationships. You have spent a minimum of 7-10 years working in investor relations, capital markets, finance, or a related field, and bring with you a strong knowledge of financial markets and investment analysis. In addition, you have:
