Insight Service Group, ISG Hiring for Medical Records Administrator Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Medical Records Administrator to work with our Medical Management Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize .pdf patient records, test results, medical histories and treatments for clients and physicians

• Upload and attach films to correct files

• Print, organize and package files for remote users

• Answer incoming client calls and handle client inquiries

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents

Education and Experience:

• High school education
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous office administration experience
• Possesses strong organizational and detail skills, attention to detail and customer service skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to support remote colleagues
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (remote workstations) with occasional mandatory overtime
• Must be a US resident and live in a US state.
