JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient/resident, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with IMCW policies and procedures; nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the
State of New Jersey. You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an
accredited school of professional nursing and graduate on or before the second
employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
Basic computer skills required. One (1) year experience in the care of women and/or children, in a medical setting.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current RN licensure by the NJ State Board of Nursing. Current BLS (American Heart Association) required. NRP certification required within 6 months from date of hire. ACLS (American Heart Association) required within 6 months from date of hire.
