Instep UK Hiring for Food Technology Tutor Job at Birmingham, England , UK Full Time

Due to continued growth, we are looking for Food Tech/Food Operations Tutor who can play an important part in developing the next generation.

At Instep UK our Tutors plan, prepare, train and assess learner competence and improve skills, knowledge and behaviours relating to learning outcomes. They provide both face to face and pastoral support to all apprentices, assisting with the delivery and application of new learning.

The role is a part time requiring 1 or 2 days a week. The Tutor/Coach will support their learners to achieve a Diploma in L3 Food Tech or Food Operations and ensure they are ready for their End Point Assessment.

What makes a great Tutor?

You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful and how your actions can impact on the success of the business.

You should have experience delivering training in the Apprenticeship/Adult Learning sector and hold a minimum Food and Drink Advanced Process Operator Level 3, have occupational experience working in Food Production and hold an appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA) or equivalent.

IQA experience is desirable.

Due to the travel requirements a driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
