We’re Insurize Wise – a call center company that brings the human touch back into the business mix. We provide outsourced excellence to the businesses we assist, helping brands effectively handle customer issues that surface day-to-day.
We are looking to hire a Front Office Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.
Salary:
$850 -$1200 per week
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Qualifications:
- High School degree
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
