Experience as a scrum master in digital marketing projects (2 years)

Proactive and energetic project / Team Leader with the following skills:

• Knowledge / Experience / Interest in Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban/etc).

• Scrum Master Certification (desirable).

• Fluid Oral and written business communication in English (80%+).

• Experience / Knowledge in consumer goods industry/plant environments.

• Two years of experience managing complex projects.

• Desirable experience in CRM/Customer Contact and Support Projects (any Salesforce experience is highly desirable)

• Outspoken and self-confident to interact with different levels of customer stakeholders.

• Natural curiosity and interest in emerging technologies.

• Focus and interest in understanding and analyzing business processes end-to-end.

• Comfortable and receptive when challenged by different stakeholders regarding the execution of your initiatives and priorities.

• Self-learning attitude and drive to learn about new tech.

Experiencia in digital marketing as a scrum master with agile methodologies

Main Responsibilities:

• Technology Projects and Continuous Improvement execution with agile practices (Scrum / Kanban).

• Coordinate Product Backlog preparation with work teams.

• Record, update and monitor user stories and task execution in Jira or a similar platform.

• Coordinate and Execute Agile Ceremonies (Daily meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives).

• Negotiation and follow-up with suppliers.

• Communicate and Escalate Impediments and Risks to the corresponding stakeholder as needed.

• Preparation of reports and presentations of the project’s progress and achievements (Spanish / English).

• Help the team by removing any impediments.

Benefits:

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 net monthly
