We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager, who will ensure anyone coming to the office has an outstanding human experience. In this role, you will support our workplace environments and experiences, enhancing client satisfaction, and enabling our team with the space, support, supplies and tools to perform at their best.

About The Role …

• Provide proactive EA support to the GM and leadership team, maintaining efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Support the wider team with general admin, such as booking & coordinating travel, meetings, diaries and a range of internal and external events.
• Director of first impressions – hosting all visitors to the office ensuring a professional, warm and engaging experience
• Ensure the technology used by the team is updated and available to ensure they can provide outstanding service to our clients.
• 20 hours per week, with flexibility

About You …

• Proven success in Office Management or Administration, with expertise in MS Office.
• Excellent time management with the ability to adapt quickly and keep a cool head as priorities change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• You have energy, enthusiasm, and are committed to providing outstanding service.
• A team player with a quality focus and values that align with those of IntegrationWorks.
