Starting position

Quickly growing financial Tax consulting firm has an opening to join it’s work pool in front desk reception support overlapping with some administrative duties. The qualified candidate will have strong communication skills both in English and French, a deep understanding of office technologies and the ability to work successfully in a team environment. This position is an entry position aiding fellow team members in day-to-day business tasks.

Successful candidate will require a high attention to detail, most notably in ones writing skills and an ability to communication both in French and English.

Duties include assisting clients and team members in answering phone calls, booking appointments, scheduling meetings, handling email correspondence, filing requirements of various company or government forms as needed. The starting wage shall be $45,000 for the first three months, upon successful completion increased to $47,500 with benefits. A second review at six-months to evaluate opportunity of growth.

Job-Related Duties

• Assist with answering phones.
• Assist in Scheduling Calendar requests.
• Assist other team members General Tasks.
• Assist in General office needs
• Assist in Sales support efforts with follow up
• Assist advisors, clients through web, telephone, and other support channels.
• Ability to create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems.

• Ability to reviewing documents, ensure all information is correct.

• Ability to create and organize filing systems.
• Ability to learn custom software and
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Min of 2-year experience.
• Min of 3 years’ experience with Windows 10
• Min of 6 months experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Min of 1 years’ experience with creating and editing PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to care and protect IT assets
• Motivated to learn new software
• Good communication skills In English and French

• Good writing skills in both languages
• Good organizational skills
• This offer is an in-office work position.
