Integrity Accounting, LLC Hiring for Full Charge Bookkeeper – (work from home) at Remote Full Time

Integrity Accounting is currently seeking a skilled bookkeeper, to join our team. This person should be a highly motivated, goal oriented individual, who is capable of solving problems independently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their career and takes initiative when completing their work. He or she will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping for several of our clients and related responsibilities.

Typical Working Conditions

• This position will require 30 – 40 hours a week.
• This position is fully remote.

Standard Responsibilities

• Enter bank transactions into accounting software for our clients.
• Complete reconciliations using accounting software.
• Prepare financial reports using excel.
• Engage with clients regularly through email, phone or virtual meetings.

• Analyze financial data and offer guidance.
• Operate standard office equipment and software.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• Must have at least two years’ experience with accounting software.
• Must have a designated workspace within your residence.
• Experience working (or going to school) remotely.
• At least two-years’ experience working as a bookkeeper.
• Must be able to manage a schedule and complete tasks independently.
• Must be able to work and solve problems independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
