Intel Corporation Looking for Undergrad Software Engineering Intern at Hillsboro, OR Full Time

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school. Come join Intel’s Client Computing Group for an internship in cloud and client application development. In this internship you will work with our engineers to develop and test new features in several applications used by Intel’s customers. Through this internship you will gain experience in continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of modern cloud-hosted and cloud-connected applications. You will also gain experience in application security, application log and metric analysis, and popular CI/CD frameworks such as GitHub and Jenkins.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly

. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, and research.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any STEM related degree:

• 6 months of programming experience through your course work and independent projects
• 3 months of knowledge or experience working in both Microsoft Windows and Linux
• 3 months of knowledge or experience of these programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, C#, C++
• 3 months of knowledge or experience with a web UI framework, such as React, AngularJS, or Angular
• 3 months of knowledge or experience with Git and application build processes

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $40,000.00-$108,000.00 (Hourly Role)

• Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
