Qualifications
You enjoy working in a diverse and global work environment with matrix structures where your creativity and strategic thinking enables you to design innovative Immigration solutions to resolve very complex problems. You should possess a primary degree level qualification with at least ten years of relevant experience in Human Resources or in Business/Project Management roles which requires a high level of leadership skills, stakeholder management and project completion. Additional qualifications include: Previous HRGS/GWM and immigration experience Proven experience working with Legal, external counsel and government bodies/affiliations Proven global work experience including ability to work flexible hours Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision making capability Ability to look at global immigration trends holistically in order to make informed recommendations and decisions Ability to dive into the details of a process and drive recommendations for change Ability to take a strategic view of a program and drive quality operational execution at a tactical level Comfortable working in a very fluid and ambiguous environment Strong influencing skills at all levels Strong transition change management (TCM) communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with stakeholders, as well as with outside parties and vendors Supplier management background
