Job Description
The senior leader is responsible for leading Product Materials Procurement Operations (PMSO), managing a worldwide team of about 90 Materials Program Managers (NPI+HVM), Procurement Buyers and Business Analysts. PMSO organization develops and executes global New Product and High Volume materials strategies and policies for multi-billion in annual spending for critical areas supporting Intel’s internal and external board, systems and components businesses. The group partners with Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics (CPLG), Systems Supply Chain Sourcing (SSC) and Assembly Test Systems Integration and Manufacturing Services (ATS SIMs) team to operationalize supply chain strategies and ensure uninterrupted supply to our BU Partners. The PMSO organization also works closely with key business stakeholders within our Datacenter/AI, Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics, Network and Edge business groups as well as divisional partners such as Systems Integration and Manufacturing Services (SIMs).
As the Product Materials Procurement Operations, Sr. Director, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Define and execute strategies to evolve procurement capabilities and tools to meet the expanding scope, scale, complexity and velocity of the Boards and Systems business
Partner with executive leadership of Business Group and Global Supply Chain partners to ensure capabilities align to product, technology, and manufacturing roadmaps.
Lead operations to ensure reliable supply and continuous improvement to supply line performance, resilience, and efficiency. Assume responsibility for solving challenging and diverse problems in a fast-paced operations environment.
Bring and end-to-end supply chain perspective to our BU partners collaborating across supply chain organizations in other procurement domains, commodity management, supply chain IT, planning and global logistics
Partner with SSC sourcing teams to ensure contract compliance and value capture, operationalize sourcing strategies, improve supply line performance, and mitigate supply line risks.
Partner with Business Groups to align organization priorities to deliver reliable supply and enable high priority factory initiatives including driving cost reductions to meet shared goals. Foster deep connections throughout the organization to embed a customer obsessed mindset and deep Boards and Systems domain expertise.
Effective at working with stakeholders and suppliers globally while also working closely with peers in helping to shape the broader boards, systems and component material strategies.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, System Engineering preferred
10+ years of experience in supply chain management and 3+ yrs experience leading global organizations.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive and dynamic leadership experience, in a high growth and fast paced organization.
Experience growing, managing, and developing a large diverse team
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and leading a global, multicultural team
Prior knowledge developing and executing worldwide materials supply chain, supplier management and business strategies

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
