Job Description
As an integral part of Intel’s new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and a major provider of the US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe – available for customers globally – and a world-class IP port-folio that customers can choose from including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with ARM and RISC-V ecosystem IPs.
IFS will also provide access to silicon design services to help our customers seamlessly turn silicon into solutions, using industry-standard design packages. This business unit is completely dedicated to the success of its customers with full P&L responsibilities. This model will ensure that our foundry customers’ products will receive our utmost focus in terms of service, technology enablement, and capacity commitments. IFS is already engaged with customers today starting with our existing foundry offerings and we are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies, which are optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.
About the Role
Intel Foundry Services (IFS) is looking for a highly collaborative and experienced leader, responsible for initiating and closing customer opportunities . In this capacity, the primary focus for the leader will be to help initiate and execute business development opportunities with a service mindset while aligning on target markets and customers. This role requires experience in business analysis on a global scale and support in developing creative solutions for developing a winning strategic customer base to create strategic value-add joint projects to help drive commercial negotiations with customers to the finish line to ensure win-win outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Execute Intel Foundry Services’ customer acquisition roadmap for key strategic accounts
Develop and execute 5-year business development KPIs for key strategic accounts with alignment to IFS and Intel long term business strategy
Develop and execute business sensitivity model of revenue/ profit/ margin/ wafer price/ yield/ capacity plan for the key strategic account to support IFS new revenue source of key strategic accounts
Collaborate with members of the IFS team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery.
Help coach and grow IFS account teams’ resources
Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

10+ years of experience in:
Foundry sales or business development
Business development
Leadership in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
