Responsibilities/Duties
- Visitor entry, answering phone calls, access cards, check mail box
- Receiving supplies-check items and do PR Receiving, scan to Purchasing.
- Monthly and Temp agency invoices-get approval and scan to accounting.
- Weekly temp agency timesheets-calculate weekly hours, get approval and send to temp agency.
- Calculate monthly contract hours
- ITV and HR postings and communication.
- Office and Janitorial supplies inventory.
- Assist setup monthly safety trainings and other lunch meetings.
- New hire orientation paperwork
- Arrange payment for all of invoices.
- Maintain filing system for the Plant Office.
