In your role as Learning Experience Specialist at Interaxon, you will help us leverage the life-changing potential of the Muse platform by creating engaging programs and content designed to help our users achieve wellness outcomes. You will apply your experience in instructional design, content creation, and coaching, along with your knowledge of behavioural change and the wellness landscape to create motivational and outcome-driven courses.

This role is remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates based in Canada.

Your role: *

• Create educational multimedia online and in-app programs using solid instructional design and behaviour change methods, designed to onboard, educate, and build effective wellness practices, leveraging the Muse platform.
• Develop compelling research-backed course content creatively exploring the use of copy, visuals, video content, and reference articles, to guide users through learning and habit building experiences.
• Work with product, content, and development teams to create content and implement program modules into the app on schedule, with high quality, and in sync with relevant new content or features.
• Work with the UXR team to test and measure digital programs to ensure a high degree of efficacy, and to identify opportunities for improvements and new programs.

Your skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years developing educational content, ideally for consumer applications
• Experience coaching in wellness/mindfulness space, with the ability to guide behavioral change. You also have a personal meditation practice.
• Experience designing multimedia programs with an emphasis on user experience and performance outcomes. Including design experience in copywriting, graphic design, video production / editing, and audio.
• Background in health and wellness, education, psychology, behaviour change, instructional design, coaching, communication or other related fields.
• A curious and capable learner, tuned into behavioral change research, practices, and tools. Excited to learn about neuroscience and data science.
• Experience working with UXR team or doing UX research to measure and validate program efficacy.
