InterGroup are New Zealand’s Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. About The Role
As General Manager People & Culture and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the People & Culture function, putting in place strategic initiatives to improve retention and turnover. Coaching and mentoring direct reports as well as providing relevant reports and guidance to the SLT. The role includes managing, overseeing, and getting involved in the day-to-day operations of HR. You will build managers capability and confidence so they can effectively lead their people and make quality decisions to fulfil business plans in a manner consistent with business principles and long-term objectives.

The technical stuff you’ll need includes:
- Post graduate tertiary qualification in a Business, HR, Organisation Development or Employment Relations field
- Full, clean and current driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at a Senior HR Manager level with >400 FTE.
