Title: Medical Records Specialist: Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Medical Records Specialist in our Hospice department. This position assembles and distributes medical records according to established procedures. This position is responsible for the successful coordination of all medical record activity pre- and post-service to ensure a smooth transition of information.

Hours: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma
