Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk Agent:

• Field incoming calls and/or emails
• Create and assign issues in ticketing system
• Monitor the status of the issues and update the parties on the the issues progress

Required Skills for the Service Desk Agent:

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Experience with cloud-based telephone systems
• ServiceNow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
