Opportunity
IRAP is seeking a temporary data entry team member to support our data and records management during our migration to a new database and case management system. IRAP is migrating to Salesforce from Podio. In the transition we need support ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and entering needed data into our system. This will involve reviewing and updating client records across Dropbox, Podio and Excel and discussing with staff as necessary. It is anticipated that this role will work 35 hours a week for $20 per hour. This project will run from mid-June until August.
Responsibilities
- Create and update client records across IRAP’s legacy Podio database, Dropbox, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Review records for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize, clean, and process data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communicate with relevant team members as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with data entry and management.
- Experience working with data in Excel and in databases or CRM systems.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST
