JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADMIN GENERAL
Duties
Stock, prices upkeeping and audit on all incoming/ outgoing stocks
- Coordinate with Shipping on stock delivery matters
- Stocks discrepancy tracking & follow-up
- Assist in incoming/ outgoing stocks status approval
- Coordinate & assist Purchasing in stock forecast
- Coordinate & assist Purchasing in all purchase relate matters
- Coordinate & assist Sales in all purchase/ stock related matters
- Inform sales personnel immediately if stock is insufficient
- Update and check the invoices recorded in the stock and production book accordingly
- Close stock for all items monthly
- Assist in all sales related task including quotation, taking orders, answering sales calls daily etc.
