As the Marketing Data and Trends Analyst, you’ll help us discover lead generation opportunities, new potential partnerships, and market trends that can inform our business development strategies. You will be part of the Business Development and Marketing teams, and you will be in charge of developing amazing dashboards, reports, and analyses that inform our lead generation tactics. You will be working side by side with the Business Development and Marketing leaders.
As the Marketing Data & Trends Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to understand the business and create efficient reports, aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Establish and provide data-related indicators to inform sales and business development strategies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and research regarding market trends and opportunities that can generate business opportunities.
• Extract and split data indicators and generate data attribution reports, drive solid operations strategy by discovering and promoting the growth of the business.
• Own and maintain dashboards, reports, and similar solutions to support day-to-day decision-making.
• Assess and investigate data on CRM campaigns and develop insights and initiatives to improve campaign performance to drive incremental sales.
• Develop and maintain Digital Marketing dashboards and insights for the management team across all international markets.
• Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.
• Proactively seek to improve current processes introduce new software or platforms to improve daily routine tasks.

Who you are:

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• 2+ years of experience working as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar positions.
• BA in Administration, Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
• Capacity to see beyond insights
• Analytical mind
• Customer service attitude
