Job Purpose:
The Service Center Administrative Specialist role is responsible for providing administrative support to our Service Centers to ensure effective and efficient operations. This includes, but is not limited to: confirming customer appointments, following up with past-due equipment, complete outbound calls related to state changes or special projects and handling inbound non-technical inquiries from Service Centers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Inbound and outbound calling to Service Centers for confirmation of appointments, equipment returns, and as necessary to meet business needs
- Assist Service Center department with past due equipment recovery, shipping, schedule pick-ups, return labels and follow-up on inquiries
- Diffuse & resolve issues surfaced from Service Center partners.
- Leverage vehicle schematic tools to provide Service Centers with necessary wiring diagrams.
- Basic data entry
- Ensure effective communication with the Service Center to ensure all information is provided in a timely, accurate, and appropriate way
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience
- Strong verbal (both in person and phone) and written communication skills that can be flexed to fit broad spectrum of situations
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize numerous time-bound tasks and switch between tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail leading to high quality work product
- Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Effective problem solving skills used to identify efficiency, quality and/or service improvements to the work assigned
