The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with the global development team to create new products and features. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with product owners, senior technical staff, and end-users to deliver the best possible solutions with the latest techniques and tools.

Working Agile you’ll drive idea’s through to completion in regards to new features, changes to existing features, and entirely new systems working together with your developer colleagues, this will require excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you experience in some of the following:

• Good experience building well-crafted Object-Oriented systems using relevant design patterns
• Experience with design and development using a PHP Backend Framework such as Symfony or Laravel
• Experience using a JavaScript framework (Vue/React/Angular)
• An in-depth understanding of HTML and CSS
• Extensive experience with relational database systems such as MySQL
• Experience building and interacting with APIs
• A good understanding of development tools and best practices, including CI/CD and source control
• Ability to configure and administer Linux in production and manage your own development environment
• A good understanding of source code control systems such as Git or Subversion and their use in modern software development
• Ability to configure and administer Linux and Windows systems in production as well as manage your own development environment
