About the Role:
This is a support role within the Australia & NZ Finance team, with the following responsibilities-
Financial Analysis: assist in the preparation of financial reports including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyse financial data to identify trends, assess performance and provide insights to support decision making.
Budgeting & Forecasting: collaborate with senior Commercial analysts to develop and maintain budget models and forecasts. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Reporting: prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management and stakeholders. Create and maintain dashboards and financial performance metrics for easy visualisation of key financial indicators
Data Management: gather, clean and organise financial data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial models and reports
Cost Analysis: conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Provide recommendations for cost control and optimisation
About you:
You’re likely to be a graduate in business and accounting, looking for your first opportunity to learn and develop. Or you may be working as an accounting trainee or assistant accountant. Most importantly we need someone with excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach. You’ll also have a strong working knowledge of Excel, be highly analytical and able to problem solve. Invenco is a dynamic environment, so being able to work under pressure at times and autonomously is important.
