The opportunity

We are looking for a Software Support Analyst, to provide technical third level support to our customers and partners, for resolution of basic to highly complex technical problems related to installation, maintenance, use and repair of company’s products.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Attending and participating customer meetings in relation to support
• To act as the first escalation point for customers
• To be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one of our products
• Reported issues – work through to root cause wherever possible
• Coordinate, Test and plan for Production release upon discussion and confirmation
• Key point of contact with internal departments in regard to incident progress; ensure visibility and updates as required
• Information gathering for project transition / support handover as required
• Assist with training to external and internal stakeholders as required
• Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems
• Engage with development team to deploy fixes and maintenance releases to production site
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist with collation and interpretation of data for monthly reporting

About You

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years support analyst experience within an IT environment, providing applications or site systems support to Level 3 ( or advanced support at Level 2). With your technical capability you will provide efficient and effective front-line support primarily to our APAC customers and partners. You will thrive on a challenge as you live the motto of ‘just do it’ to ensure a positive and timely outcome for our customers.

With a tertiary qualification in Computer Science / Engineering, your experience will include providing technical or customer support. You may also have:

• Understanding and/or experience providing application or site systems support
• Worked on the front line with customers
• Technical skills including high level understanding of software development, network systems and software test
• Problem investigation and resolution experience in a software environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
