Job Description

Position Overview

The Analyst, Renewable Procurement will be responsible for managing
major solar equipment inventory and administering major solar equipment
supply agreements after contract execution. This role will include
coordinating inventory data across receiving, invoicing, and tracking
warranty claims. This position will be based in Chicago, Illinois and
will require travel up to 50% of the time. This role reports to the
Manager of Renewable Procurement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and manage equipment inventory data collection and management
  from construction project sites
• Compile and manage all receiving documentation data and coordinate
  accuracy across purchasing and invoices
• Create and issue rejection and warranty notices
• Reconcile major equipment inventory and invoices, and prepare
  reports for Project Managers
• Track Liquidated Damages incurred during delivery and commissioning
  periods
• Generate reports on contract execution status for management team
• Significant time at construction project sites will be required for
  this role to train field personnel and implement process
  improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, STEM, Business, or
  other analytical field
• Zero to three years of experience with inventory management or data
  analytics
• Data analytics and database management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and projects
  at a time
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside people with
  multiple interests and backgrounds
• Domestic travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with renewable energy projects or other construction
  activities
• Familiarity with Oracle or other enterprise business software
