About Channel Performance:
The Channel Performance Service Line is home to the largest mystery shopping agency in the world. We complete over one million shops every year in 100+ countries across all industry segments and organization sizes. We also offer Geolocation Surveys, Site Audits & Installations, and foundational research within our portfolio of services. Our purpose is to help our clients improve their business performance across all channels in which they serve their customers – brick and mortar retail, digital e-commerce, and contact centers. We do this by helping them size channel opportunities, measure the delivery of brand promises, and drive compliance and sales conversion across these channels.
What makes this role important at Ipsos?
The Vice President of Operations position is primarily to oversee all aspects of execution strategy across the US-CHP portfolio of business as it relates to methodology and planning. This position will focus on triaging field challenges and executing rapid fire solutions to address the needs of a particular program. In addition, monitoring field KPIs, efficiencies and panel health trends to make appropriate recommendations during program launches will be a critical part of the role.

The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $60,000 to $125,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
