We are a growing IT Firm specialised in developing / providing Products and Services in Web and Mobile Apps, Intelligent Robotic Process Automation RPA, Cloud Migration, AI / ML, IoT Solutions, Mobility, Analytics to our Customers globally. We have our Development / Delivery Team working from Pune (India) and have plans to grow the business in multiple geographies globally.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant on this journey of growth, having the role as summarized below :

• To be successful as a Virtual assistant you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Schedule meetings with clients.
• Issue invoices to clients.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Update the company website and social media accounts.

• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized.
