Role
As an Operations Associate, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Operations Team. The Operations Assistant supports the manager and employees through various tasks related to organization and communication. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and promptly.
Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Maintain and update spreadsheets, operations software, and manual filing systems
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
· Make recommendations on administrative procedures to make them more efficient
· Resolve administrative problems
· Receive, sort, distribute, and maintain inventory supply in respect to mail
· Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
· Additional projects as assigned by Operations Manager
