Our Administrative Assistant/Client Experience Coordinator plays a jack-of-all trades role to ensure that all of our clients’ needs are exceeded and to ensure flow and efficiency within the clinic. In addition to administrative duties (client communication, scheduling, processing payments, billing, marketing), this position also includes some basic cleaning tasks. Professionalism, integrity, discretion, accountability and excellent verbal and written communication are of utmost importance. The ability to respectfully (and playfully) engage with clients is critical.
Our ideal new teammate will have previous administrative assistant experience in a physiotherapy, massage therapy, or a chiropractic setting OR have previously worked in the retail or restaurant industry. Experience with Telus, HCAI, and other extended health billing would be an asset, but not necessary. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer troubleshooting is important due to the constant dependence on technology for clinic operations. Being a solution-oriented team-member is also required.
We are looking for someone to be able to multi-task, work independently in a (sometimes) face-paced and ever-changing environment, problem-solve, make judgements to prioritize tasks, and communicate in live time with the professional team.
