The role
We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our newly formed Portal team under our Investment Infrastructure Engineering group. This is a unique opportunity to join a group tasked with disrupting the financial services industry through leveraging our recent acquisition of OneVue.

The Portal team is responsible for our investment management and fund administration front ends, used by investors and financial advisers. The successful candidate will help establish modern engineering practices and drive a ‘build it own it’ model within the team with our devops engineers while helping us execute on our longer term goals of creating the first Investment Infrastructure product in the country.

Technical skills we would like

• Javascript and Java ecosystem expertise

• Strong software engineering fundamentals – OO and functional programming, Domain Driven Design, distributed systems

• Experienced working with large enterprise systems

• Expertise in the web and browser development

• Experience with relational databases (we use SQL Server and Postgres)

• Experience working with enterprise cloud technologies (we use AWS)
