Currently, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Regional Recruiter to join our expanding team based in our Mullingar office.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing, screening and selection of quality healthcare candidates
• In-house and on-the-road interviewing of potential candidates
• Work closely with the team to meet key objectives including time-to-hire for new employees
• Complete candidate reference checking and other key eligibility criteria checking
• Liaise, communicate and stay in close contact with applicants throughout the recruitment process
• Operate our internal CRM system and schedule new candidates into training as required

The Person: Essential Requirements

• At least 1 years’ experience in recruitment
• Excellent PC skills and effective database management
• Ability to set goals and reach targets
• Ability to prioritise workload to manage time effectively
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
• Full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle
