The Role.

You will be joining an existing team with established Financial Advisors. As a key member of the team you will be working to an agreed business development plan in which your main responsibilities will be.

• Setting up appointments for the Financial Advisors on your team

• Reviewing/upselling existing customer benefit packages

• Working to KPI’s and meeting sales targets

• Working in a structured way with compliance, admin and marketing

The Company.

Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 24,000 clients and in excess of €600 million in funds under management.

Roughly 80% of our business book comes from the Public Sector where we administrate 143 Union sponsored salary deducted AVC schemes.

Though most of our 56 employees are based in our offices in Dublin 15, we do cover the entire country with more and more of our business being transacted remotely since the onset of the current lock-down.

The Package.

OTE = €50k Year 1

Basic: €28k (no exams) €29k (APA) €30k (QFA)

Bonus: On target €1,500 per quarter

Commission: On target €600 p/m

QFAs etc. paid for by company. RPA/CFPs funding after year 2.

(Our established Financial Advisors earn an average of €120K pa)

Inclusion in pension and life cover scheme after 2 years.

The Successful Candidate.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit to a career as a Financial Advisor.

This is a sales focused position. We want to speak to candidates who have some sales experience or can demonstrate a desire to have a strong career in sales.

The candidate must be comfortable in making calls, closing sales and working to KPI’s & targets.

The approach we take with our clients is very much consultative and our objective is to have advisors with necessary qualifications to give clients the correct advice.

You must be focused, ambitious and have a realistic understanding of the relationship between hard work and success. We can only work with people whose integrity is beyond reproach.

Salary: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
