Document and Scanning Specialist (2nd shift )

Location: 1 Archive Drive Spanish Lake, MO

Pay: 15.00/per hour + .50 Shift differential for 2nd shift

Benefits available on Day 1

Additional $4.23/hr if benefits are waived

10 days of paid vacation, paid holidays and sick time

***Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance***

SCHEDULE:

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

WORK LOCATIONS:

1 Archive Dr. Spanish Lake, MO – 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

• Index Key Data into multiple software applications

• Print Document Control Sheets for all records

• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation

• Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Assuring a quality image

• Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking

Job Requirements:

• Data Entry or Indexing Experience
• Familiarity with PC and other computer related products and printers.

• Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

• The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.

• Understand the importance of detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
