The Healthcare & Life Sciences Program Manager, Managed Service Programs , will lead the strategic development, execution and monitoring of Managed Service Programs in collaboration with our vertical sales team. This role is pivotal in helping our sellers be successful in transforming the perception of Iron Mountain, expanding the arsenal of solutions we provide to better manage information across its lifecycle and to best support our clients on their digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluate customer trigger events to identify suitable targets for the Managed Service Program Bundles.
Analyze data to determine possible solution components and build financial models.
Work with Legal, Operations and the vertical sales team to draft contracts and Statements of Work.
Partner with internal stakeholders on implementations.
Build performance dashboards to monitor contract compliance.
Evangelize the value of Managed Service Programs internally and externally.
Requirements:
Strong Records and Information management domain knowledge, including records storage, secure shredding, digital transformation and information governance solutions.
Excellent communication, teaming, listening and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen, project management and analytical skills.
Strong data analysis and financial modeling experience.
Experience interacting with senior level executives and working in cross-functional environments.
Able to meet tight deadlines — driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
A college degree and preferably a Master’s degree. Information Governance Professional, Certified Information Professional or Certified Project Manager a plus.
Reasonably expected salary range: $97,700.00 – $130,200.00
