Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, and in collaboration with multidisciplinary personnel, supervises, develops, organizes, coordinates, evaluates and is directly involved in the activation and re-socialization programs to meet the interests and needs of the residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from a recognized recreational program plus one year’s recent, related supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid BC Class IV Driver’s Licence.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Ability to operate related equipment.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to supervise.
