Reporting to the Manager, Client Services and the Manager, Device Services, the Analyst is responsible for the identification, documentation and enhancement of all departmental processes and work flows. Working with delivery team subject matter experts, the Analyst learns, identifies, catalogues and documents key business work flows and delivery processes. The Analyst is responsible for the assessment, analysis and enhancement of existing and new processes and workflows by identifying opportunities to either improve and automate processes (using automation tools such as scripting, programming, Excel, and SharePoint tools) or develop process documentation. The Analyst also works with other IM/IT teams and external vendors to identify and implement process enhancements that directly affect Client and Device Services. In order to understand process impact and customer response, the Analyst contributes to the productivity and deliverables of the Client and Device Services teams by participating as a working member.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science, three years’ recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to write programs in a variety of programming languages.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to operate related equipment.
