Job title: Warehouse/Counterbalance Operative

ISM Recruitment is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift experience to join their clients warehouse team based in Dunboyne.
Full training will be given but the ideal candidate should have experience of working in a warehouse and ideally a trade counter environment.

Candidate requirements:

• Valid Manual Handling cert.
• Valid Forklift cert – Reach or Counterbalance or Combi.
• At least 1 years’ warehouse experience.
• Valid Drivers’ Licence Essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Forklift driving and General Operative duties.
• Receiving deliveries of parcels and pallets.
• Loading and unloading of containers.
• Oversee and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Team player and a Can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Operating Manual Handling Equipment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to deal with customers, face to face and over the phone.
• Check incoming goods against PO’s and delivery notes.
• Manual Handling of stock and finished products.
• Maintenance of appropriate paperwork.
• Working with internal computerised systems.
• Perform warehouse duties as directed.
• Accurately pick, pack & dispatch orders using handheld scanners and automated picking systems.
• Maintain a clean and presentable working environment.
• Perform stock checks as directed.
• Perform all duties following quality and health & safety guidelines.

Salary and benefits:

• Fulltime ongoing work.

• Working Hours: 41.5 hours per week (½ hour lunch break)
• Monday – Thursday 08:30-17:30
• Friday 08:30-16:30
• Yearly Performance Bonus
