Summary
Within each Lab, the team will run a series of experiments to test and refine different aspects of the employee experience. As the Lab Host, your job will be to ensure the smooth running of the experiments in your Lab, provide feedback, and liaise with and report progress to key stakeholders.
Job description
Within each Lab there will be a small team who are providing services to client Colleagues; there will also be colleagues and teams undertaking day-to-day activities from within the modified workplace settings and in settings outside of the facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Briefing and debriefing the support staff on the experiments in progress on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the experiments are run as prescribed.
- Manage the Lab as a floor manager including identifying and reporting any faults, dressing the Lab for use and ensuring all technology is functioning.
- If needed, step in for the Officianado if they are away for any reason.
- Monitoring the experience in the Lab to identify positive or negative responses and contributing factors quickly.
- Collecting data weekly (in a prescribed format) relating to the activities and findings of the experiments.
- Making recommendations on refinements to the experiments and employees experience to meet its aims.
- Attending weekly meetings regarding the Lab, assisting the other Lab team members and reporting to stakeholders.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
- IT literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good general level of education.
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Previous experience within a customer centric operation, facilities or retail settings.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
