General office administration helping the operations team and the CEO. Must be comfortable with making/taking phone calls with customers, technicians, and end users. Must be able to oversee multiple projects at once so need to be well organized and have excellent communication skills. We need someone who is really strong tecnically with software. Specifically Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets and QuickBooks. Day to day type tasks include entering data into work orders for contractors, assisting with scheduling technicians, building store maps for customers, booking travel for traveling techs, building driving routes for techs, and helping closeout work orders & misc tasks associated with CEO’s task list.
