Inside Sales at J. J. Keller
As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll work 100% remotely from your home-office, receiving the training necessary to become a J. J. Keller product and service expert within a designated sales team. In this role you’ll make outbound calls to proactively consult with new and existing customers to uncover safety and compliance challenges in their workplaces. You’ll collaborate with customers in the Transportation, EH&S and HR industries, and manage a sales pipeline to consistently close new business, by partnering with them to find solutions to keep their employees safe.
The Skills & Background We’re Seeking
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling products or services in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed established goals and metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a home-office environment free of distractions.
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree desired.

- 1st year earnings range from $50k – $70k based on position (base + uncapped monthly bonus)

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional airplane or car travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $51,000.00 to $65,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
