About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Customer Service Person to join our friendly Kerikeri Branch team.

This is a fixed term position of 9 months, covering a period of parental leave being taken by another member of staff.

As the Customer Service Person you will be the first point of contact for customers coming into our branch. You will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and be happy to lend a hand in all areas.

Duties include:

• Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
• Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
• Answering phone and email queries from customers
• Product research and communication with suppliers
• Helping out in the Warehouse ad required

What do I need?

• A real passion for customer service excellence
• Excellent communication skills
• A can-do, positive attitude and a smart approach to problem-solving
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
• Customer service/warehousing experience preferred
