About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service person to join our friendly Masterton Branch team. You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the branch, providing exceptional customer service, goods and advice to our loyal Masterton customer base.

No experience within the industry is required, but a good attitude and a willingness to learn is essential!

Duties include:

• Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
• Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
• Answering phone and email queries from customers
• Warehouse duties (pick packing and receipting) as required

What do I need?

• A passion for customer service and the ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
• A clean driver’s licence (restricted at a minimum)
