The Marketing Communications interns supports and assists the Regional Communications team in Asia by conceptualizing and designing an array of internal and external content while managing multiple projects simultaneously across Asia. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders for design projects, and with the Corporate Creative team for compliance with Jabil’s brand strategy. Duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns and preparing promotional creative assets and materials.

• Support communications campaigns planning, execution and other administrative tasks.
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other collateral.
• Assist in the creation of written, video and image content and reproduce assets in various Asian languages (ie. Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese etc).
• Refines and finalizes electronic art files for print/web and provides design input.
• Distribute communications materials using Poppulo and measure project effectiveness.  
• Support activities and events in Jabil Singapore, including Jabil Cares.
• Work closely with the Corporate Creative Services Team to ensure creative assets are compliant with the corporate brand identity.
• Liaise with external vendors as needed. 

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
