We are seeking an experienced Card Networks Relationship Management specialist to join our Card Processing Solutions division which offers payment solutions for a wide range of Financial Institutions nationwide. The team facilitates the relationship with the card payment networks and our clients. As the Card Networks Relationship Management specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily activities involving short term projects, database input/management, task and problem tracking, service requests, network reporting, and subject matter expert for internal customers. Utilize your knowledge and experience to assist our clients to improve their engagement with the global payment brands.
Jack Henry’s Card Processing Solutions is a strategic component of Payment Solutions. Card Processing Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of ATM, debit, and credit card transaction processing as well as card and ATM management solutions that are fully integrated with core systems provided by Jack Henry as well as related complementary solutions. This integrated approach generates the material operating efficiencies and seamless transaction processing only available in a tightly integrated processing environment.
This position can work out of any Jack Henry office location or remotely within the United States.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Manages communication and relationship between Jack Henry, multiple Brands and customers, and serves as the point of contact and escalation point for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests or projects.
Manages weekly, monthly and/or quarterly status meetings to review outstanding problems and request for services.
Produces weekly, monthly and/or quarterly Card Brands, customer and JHA management reporting; analyze reports for accuracy and determine the appropriate approval and distribution.
Leads and participates in defining and documenting internal and external processes and procedures.
Identifies paperwork required by Card Brands; assists internal and external customers with completing, coordinating and tracking required paperwork.
Assists with implementation process between the customer, Jack Henry internal departments and Card Brands for all new product integration.
May assist customers with obtaining marketing materials from Card Brands, may include coordinating with Card Brands, Jack Henry print vendor and/or department staff.
Provides information and support to existing and potential customers and internal staff regarding Card Brands programs.
Documents and maintains records of customers participating in Card Brands programs. (May include sponsorships).
May coordinate compilation and submission of any vendor rebates or incentive claims.
May perform other job duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Extensive experience with Mastercard operating processes.
Good knowledge of Visa operating processes.
Good knowledge of the financial industry specifically debit cards, credit cards or ATM cards.
Good communication (written and verbal) and customer interaction skills.
Good account, project and vendor management skills.
Good call documentation skills.
Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
Able to prioritize and work independently.
