Jack’s Abby Brewing, LLC Hiring for Warehouse Associate at Framingham Full Time

Jack?s Abby Brewing Co was founded in 2011 by three brothers, Jack, Eric and Sam Hendler. It is one of the fastest growing, most beloved breweries in the country. We?re known for making beautiful craft lagers under the Jack?s Abby Craft Lagers brand and fermentation forward beers under the Springdale Beer Co brand. Jack?s Abby is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This position will assist the Warehouse Manager in their daily duties: preparing outgoing shipments, handling incoming inventory, and more. Please apply with a resume and cover letter. Essential Duties: Preparing outgoing orders. Stocking receivables. Coordinating with the packaging team to bring new package into the warehouse. Coordinating with Beer Hall management to fulfill keg and package requests. Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Follow safety and training protocols/procedures as required per warehouse/production department. Assist with coverage in other areas of the warehouse/production department as scheduling allows. Requirements Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day. Ability to bend, move, twist, and reach with arms, legs, & torso. Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Ability to drive a manual transmission box truck a plus Comfort working in a non-temperature controlled/refrigerated environment. Ability to maintain professionalism in a high pressure environment. Strong organizational skills. Previous warehouse and forklift experience is a plus. Multilingual (English, Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of the craft beer industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with it. Strong communication skills, both with management and fellow associates. Experience with google suite and/or Microsoft Office suite of applications. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
