A brand new opening for a Construction Scheduler has just come up to work with a rapidly expanding industry leader.
Full time, Permanent position.
Salary: €30k-€35k DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material take-off from drawings.
- Compiling a Bill of Materials based on quantity take-off.
- Reconciliation with Tender quantities.
- Scheduling Material for Purchasing.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding material specification.
- Liaise with Technical & Purchasing and Project Teams.
- Knowledge of Roofing and Façade products preferred.
- Work to programme targets.
Person Specification:
- Education: Applicants are required to have a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture, or in a related technical field.
- Must have a high level of IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong team player.
