Jacksonville Reclaimed Wood Hiring for Data Entry/Inventory Clerk Job at Jacksonville, FL Full Time

Duties include but not limited to:
– Answering phones, and assisting customers with any questions.
– Send/Respond to company emails.
-Accounts Payable/Receivable
-Analyzing detailed account billing and payment activities.
-Keeping the accounts balance current and assist with any outstanding receivables.
-Weekly quick books update
-Knowledge with Microsoft and Quickbook Program.
-Must be a Self-Motivator with a efficient work ethic and excellent customer Service skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year experience in data entry;
Must be exceptionally detail oriented and perform job functions with high degree of accuracy;
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and follow-up;
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook (email);
QuickBooks experience preferred;
Must be able to take direction from multiple employees;
Must be a team player and work cohesively with coworkers, as well as work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
