We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Technician in Auckland to represent the company not only through their technical skills and previous coffee experience but also by being an ambassador for who we are and what we do at JDE.

What do we do? Coffee!

This role will service our entire range of machines, of which there is a lot! So being tech-savvy, with a drive to learn and develop in this role is a must.

You would be working from 8:30AM – 5PM on week days. Once every 4 weeks we’ll ask you to be on call for 1 week, 24/7. You are compensated for being on call and for every trip you have to make during off-hours.

To be the best Service & Installation Technician, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• EAS qualified with current Electrical Practising License is essential
• Full clean driver’s license
• Experience in the coffee industry or alternatively in an environment where you worked with for example vending machines, appliances etc.
• Absolute customer focus as you will be on-site troubleshooting and servicing equipment
• You’re stress-resistant, hands-on and you enjoy the social aspect of the role
• A passion and a hunger to learn the in’s & out’s of coffee – extraction, temperature, grind etc
• Candidates must be located in New Zealand and have working rights
