About the opportunity
Our Transport Planning team has an immediate need for an experienced Project Administrative who will be responsible for a variety of administrative/clerical support tasks.
You will be based in our Dublin office and will support on local projects, whilst also interacting with our colleagues across Ireland and the UK. There is also the opportunity to take up a secondment role for a period of time with one of our key clients.
Responsibilities include:
Performs a variety of administrative/clerical tasks in functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or for a specific business or technical unit.
Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources.
Sets up and maintains files, arranges meetings and conferences, receives, refers and answers mail.
Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage.
Uses computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Compiles, reviews, and analyses data.
May design processes to enhance workflow.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Experience providing general office support is required with experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience employment within an engineering, architectural, or construction company with similar job responsibilities is preferred.
A structured approach to work with an ability to work in a confidential environment
An ability to work on own initiative and to work collaboratively with others
Commitment to teamwork and collaborating with colleagues
Self-motivated and ability to plan and prioritise work by importance and urgency.
Flexible with an ability to adapt to changing requirements / priorities.
Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Degree educated is preferred but not required.
